You may return your items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, cologne, or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Once we receive your items, your refund or exchange is usually processed within three business days. Upon receiving your return or exchange we will examine the items if they are in their original condition. We will refund up to the full cost of the items excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

How to Prepare and Ship a Return/Exchange
Get your RMA number: email us at email@example.com and we will email you an RMA number.
Pack the pearls securely: Pack the pearls securely inside their jewelry boxes to ensure that they cannot rub against any of the gold because gold can scratch the pearl surface.
Or you may drop off the items at our San Francisco store during walk-in hours.
Shipping box: Ship the items inside a rigid shipping box similar to how you received them. Do not use only a padded shipping envelope because it cannot protect the jewelry boxes and pearls from being damaged during shipping. Items received with crushed or damaged jewelry boxes will be assessed a fee.
Require a signature upon delivery: All packages should be sent requiring our signature when delivered to ensure that we receive them.
Insure your shipment: For your protection, please insure your return/exchange shipment.
