Return/Exchange Policy
 

You may return your regular priced items in their original condition within 30 days. Discounted items must be within 20 days for a refund or an exchange. Online Only Deals must be within 7 days. Custom orders are final with no return & no exchange. 30 days and 20 days means from the day you received the items to the day we physically received them. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, cologne, or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

We will refund up to the full cost of the items excluding the shipping and insurance charge you paid/ we paid when the package was sent to you. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

How to Prepare and Ship a Return/Exchange

Get your RMA number: email us at sales@pearllounge.net  and we will email you an RMA number.

Items received with crushed or damaged jewelry boxes will be assessed a fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It must be a signature required. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Pearl Lounge is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Items received damaged may be refused or assessed a fee for the damages.

Repair Warranty

If you are not satisfy with the finish, we offer the second try. And if you are still not satisfied with the second try, we offer full refund. In order to get this warranty, the items have to be delivered or presented in person by appointment within 30 days from the date of pickup.
