Return/Exchange Policy
You may return your regular priced items in their original condition within 30 days, discounted items within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. Inventory clearance sale items are final with no return & no exchange. 30 days and 14 days means from the day you received the items to the day our salesperson physically received them. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, cologne, or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
We will refund up to the full cost of the items excluding the shipping charge you paid/ we paid and the insurance charge we paid when the package was sent to you. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

Or you may drop off the items at our San Francisco store during walk-in hours.
Items received with crushed or damaged jewelry boxes will be assessed a fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It must be a signature required. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Pearl Lounge is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Items received damaged may be refused or assessed a fee for the damages.
